Ameristar St. Charles Hotel and Parking Garage

 After completing the soil and site improvement on Ameristar’s 52-acre property, Walton was contracted to undertake an expansion. Scheduled for completion in fall 2007, the project includes a 25-story, 400-room hotel, a 1,300 seat entertainment pavilion, 2350 parking spaces and 50,000 SF of meeting space.
