This 152,000-square-foot project at Kansas City International Airport is the first consolidated rental car facility complex to serve the area. The complex, completed March 2007, includes a main customer building with ten individual service centers for rental car companies. Each rental car agency has their own service center, including fueling stations, car wash and service bays. The design includes use of high-end finishes such as granite and stainless steel. Natural light suffuses the space through a large skylight in the center of the building. This project also includes 70 acres of parking to service the rental car companies.
