Walton-Kansas City Presented Safety Excellence Award

Walton-Kansas City’s Safety Department was recently awarded the 2007 Safety Excellence Award at the Builders’ Association Safety Excellence Awards Program. The award was given to the top general contractor that had worked between 300,001-700,000 work hours. The division’s Safety Department includes Greg Jobe, Sharon Mount, Travis Bennett, AJ Edwards and Russell Robinson.

In addition to the department being recognized, Greg Jobe was named 2007 Safety Director of the Year by the association. Nominations for this award were open to all safety directors throughout the region regardless of size, trade or location.
