Zona Rosa in Kansas City’s Northland is a mixed use lifestyle area that has taken on an identifying persona of its own, becoming the standard against which other such developments in Kansas City are measured. The $100 million project includes more that 800,000 square feet of retail and restaurants; 45,000 square feet of office space; 24 residential units; garage and surface parking for over 3,000 cars; two parks with fountains; two miles of new road; three miles of sidewalk, and new infrastructure to support the 93-acre development.
