Louisiana Army National Guard, Joint Forces Headquarters

This project provides a two story 68,000 square foot Joint Forces Headquarters for the Louisiana Army National Guard. The project was design-build and includes a single story 2,700 Central Energy Plant with back up power, and a Main Gate Guardhouse that controls entrance onto Camp Beauregard. All buildings are constructed of high quality, low maintenance durable building materials with a 70-year life-span. The design partner for this project was Alliance Inc. of Shreveport LA and the construction manager was Jacobs Engineering. Project cost was approximately $32 million.
