Walton-Springfield is heavily involved in our community, both corporately and individually. We support local and national charities as well as getting personally involved through volunteer work. Our employees and company participate in the MS150, an annual cross-country bicycle ride benefiting Multiple Sclerosis research. Additionally, several Walton-Springfield employees spend their personal time in Nicaragua, Mexico and their local neighborhoods as part of church missionary work.

We are heavily involved in education, supporting the National Association of Women in Construction and the Springfield Contractors Association through scholarships for local high school graduates planning to study construction.  Not only does Walton-Springfield donate to these scholarships, our employees volunteer to raise funds as well as donate their bonus fund for the scholarships.  In addition, Walton-Springfield sponsors student development programs at area middle and high schools.

A proud sponsor of the Spirit hockey team, Walton has provided funding over the last year to maintain the team’s Zambon, which also makes a great backdrop at the Springfield Chamber of Commerce’s Good Morning Springfield event.
