St. Louis Blues Practice Facility

The St. Louis Blues Practice Facility at the St. Louis Mills Mall is a multi-purpose ice facility that anchors a sports-related shopping development in Hazelwood, Missouri. The 52,280 square foot facility operates as the Blues main practice facility while accommodating many of the local youth hockey programs within the St. Louis Metropolitan area. With spectator seating of 600 and standing- room for 200, it allows Saint Louis Blues fans to sit-in on practice. The facility has one NHL-size ice sheet, numerous public area locker rooms and a training facility built to suit for the Blues. The contract scope for Walton included the building shell, all MEP work, and all tenant finishes. The facility also includes an approximately 9,000 square foot St. Louis Blues Training Center as well as community locker rooms, party rooms, skate rental, and concessions.
